Join us for another CHEF SHOWCASE at THE GRIZZLY PAW PUB downtown. 

Chef Rahul is happy to present a Traditional Indian 5 Course Menu inspired by the Grand Trunk Road in which various spices used to be transported. Each dish represents a region along this historic route. 

You'll enjoy 5 courses, each made from scratch by Rahul and his supporting team - all for only $34 (including gratuities).

Menu

01- Chaat Papdi Crisp fried flour crackers topped with  pomegranate seeds, sev, chickpeas, yogurt, chutneys, spices and cilantro.

02- Rasam A tangy and spicy South Indian soup made with tamarind, tomatoes, lentils and a blend of aromatic spices.

03- Delhiite Lamb Chop Tender lamb chops marinated in a yoghurt ,cashews and spices and served with cucumber carrot salad and mint chutney .

04- Jammu Goat Curry with Kashmiri Pilaf A rich and flavorful slow cooked curry  with tender goat meat, and traditional spices.

05- Rasmalai Soft milk dumplings soaked in a sweet saffron milk and garnished with nuts and berries.

Our beer is now available for Alberta-wide shipping! We recommend ordering in denominations of 8-12 cans to maximize your shipping costs.

Please note that we do not currently ship our beers out of province.
